The Estate recently has undertaken an extensive exterior remodeling and restoration upgrade by replacing its original cement stucco cladding with a hand crafted Venetian Textured Plaster. This labor intensive process included the use of only the best available materials, engineered fasteners, state of the art water barriers, hand applied plaster while incorporating the old world finishes to complement an already magnificent property. All accent moldings, such as soffit crowns, fascia’s, door and window casings, garage case molds and exterior mahogany trim, have all been refinished.
