    Mrs. Skerchek was the former Vice President of Cooper’s Commercial Properties, Inc. in Central Florida where she practiced property management, sales and marketing, inventory, public relations and real estate transactions for over a decade. Having sharpened her skills in 1992, she ventured into her first start-up business by capitalizing on a boutique retail center to bring to market. By 2004, she became a member or affiliated with the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Commercial Real Estate Consortium of Central Florida, Women’s Business League of Florida, Central Florida Economic Development Council, was a Florida Delegate for the Republican Party in 2011, and numerous charities worldwide.

    Additionally, Mrs. Skerchek, has organized premier events for both the public and private sectors. From local government to independent corporations, from small businesses to private clients; she has handled all aspects of Public Relations, Event Planning, Media Publications, Marketing and Advertising.
